Photo tips
- A clear, high-resolution photo gives the best 3D depth result.
- Bright, well-lit faces work best. Good lighting improves the light-reveal contrast significantly.
- Keep it to 2 people or fewer for a clear, readable result.
- It works best with strong backlight: a phone flashlight is great for the reveal effect once it arrives.
- Use a photo that is at least 500×500px. Use the original photo from your phone's camera or gallery, not a screenshot or one that has been forwarded on WhatsApp. Those get compressed and print less sharply.
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8MB.

No COD & returns explained

Returns. Because each keychain is personalised to your own photo, we don't offer standard returns. The quality check before production is what protects you instead. See the Photo Quality Guarantee and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
