These Terms & Conditions govern your use of makemymini.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. MakeMymini is operated by Purukrish India Pvt. Ltd., 125, Chattri Bagh, Near Ram Mandir, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you're uploading a photo of a minor, you confirm you're that child's parent or legal guardian and are consenting on their behalf.

Orders and Personalization

Every product is made to order from a photo you provide. By uploading a photo, you confirm you own it or otherwise have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on a personalized item, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Photo Quality Check Before Production

Every uploaded photo is checked by our team for print quality before production begins. If it doesn't pass, we'll contact you via WhatsApp within 4 hours with a link to re-upload — production does not start until a photo passes this check. See our Photo Quality Guarantee for details.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected upfront via Razorpay's secure hosted checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card or UPI details. Cash on delivery is not available — every item is made specifically for you, so full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are shown on each product page and are updated with real, live estimates — see our Shipping Policy for details. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Because items are personalized to your own photo, we don't accept returns the way a ready-stock item would allow — see our Photo Quality Guarantee for how we prevent quality issues before they happen. A genuine manufacturing defect or shipping/transit damage is replaced free of charge — see our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for exactly what's covered and how to request one.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photo(s) you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to use that photo solely to produce and fulfil your order — we don't use your photos for any other purpose, including marketing, without your separate, explicit permission. Everything else on this site — our name, logo, branding, product designs, and written content — belongs to MakeMymini/Purukrish India Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload any photo or content that you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights or privacy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this.

Limitation of Liability

We work carefully to fulfil every order correctly, but to the fullest extent permitted by law: MakeMymini/Purukrish India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order (for example, delivery delays caused by courier partners, or dissatisfaction with a photo's real-world lighting/subject quality that our quality-check process didn't catch). Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MakeMymini/Purukrish India Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claim arising from a photo you uploaded that you didn't have the right to use, or from your breach of these terms.

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling your order caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, courier/logistics disruptions, or government action.

Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about your order or this site, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly this way. For formal grievances, reach our Grievance Officer:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site or placing an order after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply in full.
