Photo tips
- One clear group photo where every face is visible.
- Use a photo that is at least 500×500px. Use the original photo from your phone's camera or gallery, not a screenshot or one that has been forwarded on WhatsApp. Those get compressed and print less sharply.
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8MB.
Shipping & timelines
Dispatch in 24-48 working hours, delivery in 4-7 business days.
Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. See our shipping policy for more.
No COD & returns explained
Why no Cash on Delivery? Every miniature is made specifically for you after you order, so it can't be resold if refused at the door. Paying upfront by UPI or card lets us start production immediately.
Returns. Because each miniature is personalised to your own photo, we don't offer standard returns. The quality check before production is what protects you instead. See the Photo Quality Guarantee and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
