How does the light-reveal effect actually work?
The keychain is precision 3D printed from durable polymer using your photo. When held against a smooth, clear light source — sunlight, phone torch, or a lamp — the 3D printed structure diffracts light and your photo appears clearly. The effect is permanent.
How long does delivery take after ordering?
We dispatch within 24-48 working hours after your photo has been verified for print quality. Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp once dispatched.
What if my photo doesn't come out well?
Our team reviews every photo before printing. If the resolution or composition isn't suitable for a clear 3D result, we'll WhatsApp you within 4 hours to request a better image. We only proceed once the output quality is confirmed — see our Photo Quality Guarantee.
Why is there no Cash on Delivery option?
Every keychain is made specifically for you after you order, so it can't be resold if refused at the door. Card/UPI payment upfront lets us start production immediately and hit the 24-48 hour dispatch window.
Is this acrylic or glass?
Neither — it's 3D-printed polymer, which is what makes the light-reveal effect possible.
Can I return a keychain once it arrives?
Because each keychain is personalized to your own photo, we don't offer standard returns — the quality check before production is what protects you instead. See the Guarantee page for details.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Razorpay's secure hosted checkout (UPI, cards) — we never see or store your card/UPI details directly. Cash on delivery isn't available.
