Every photo is checked by our team before printing — not after. If there's any issue with resolution, lighting, or clarity, we'll reach out via WhatsApp within 4 hours of your order, before it goes into production. You'll never receive a keychain made from a photo we knew wouldn't come out right.

2. We check it for print quality. Our team reviews resolution, cropping, and clarity before anything goes into production.

3. If there's an issue, we reach out. We'll message you on WhatsApp within 4 hours with what's wrong and a link to re-upload — before your order goes to production.

4. Once it passes, we produce it. No preview or approval step needed — a clean photo goes straight into production so your order ships fast.

This is why we don't offer returns the way a ready-stock store does — a personalized item made from your own photo isn't something we can resell to someone else. The quality check is what protects you instead: catching a blurry or low-resolution photo before it's printed, not after.
