Refund Policy

3D Miniature once ordered cannot be canceled.

3D Miniature are non returnable or exchanged.

The 3D Miniature are best viewed at least from 5 feet distance.

Photo processing can achive only 85 to 95% of the details.

The design cannot be changed once confirmed.

The given time is subjective to working days and can be extended due to certain circumstances

100% advance payment compulsory for confirming the order.

Sizes are calculated from tip of head to bottom of the base.


First and foremost, we at MakeMyMini value customer satisfaction as one of our main priority We work day and night to make our customers happy. We try our best to make sure that our products do not have to be returned. Our products are fully customized. We are in the space of personalization/customization and for which the item does not have a resale value. The return goods can’t be resold.  In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we re-evaluate customer’s order on an individual basis.

We request our customer to be particular and specific and provide us with better quality photos while placing the order. First, for any reason, if the customer dislikes the end product, the customer should contact us first to see what can be done. Our policy lasts 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied with the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

It is very important to understand that all our products are fully customized to the customer’s need and hence does not carry any resale value. If the customer has a valid reason and the product is not what it is supposed to be and no other mutual agreement is achieved other than the return of the item, the customer will need to return the item within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be estimated based on the merit of the request and the work consumed and then processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Based on your location, you will need to return your product to our location. If you are in Asia, you should mail your product to: MakeMyMini #125, Chhatribagh Near Ram Mandir Indore, M.P 452002 INDIA You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
